titleOfInvention A kind of extraction and purification method for producing coenzyme Q10 by fermentation method
abstract The invention discloses an extraction and purification method for producing coenzyme Q10 by a fermentation method. The concentrated extract rich in coenzyme Q10 extracted from the fermented mycelium of Rhodobacter sphaeroides is treated with n-hexane by methanol, and heated at 50-65°C for 0.5- 2h, the methanol extract is then cooled and crystallized and filtered to obtain coenzyme Q10; the present invention forms a new solvent system by heating porphyrin compounds, lipid compounds and methanol, and precipitates coenzyme Q10 after cooling, so as to achieve preliminary separation and purification. The purpose of purifying coenzyme Q10, and obtaining higher purity and extraction rate, and at the same time greatly reducing environmental protection pressure, further promotes the industrial development of fermentation method for extracting coenzyme Q10.
