titleOfInvention Water-based environmentally friendly white glaze for high-reflection anti-PID photovoltaic backplane glass and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a water-based environmentally friendly white glaze for high-reflection and anti-PID photovoltaic backplane glass and its preparation method and application. It consists of varnish, dispersant, low melting point glass powder, titanium dioxide, leveling agent and defoamer , which has high reflectivity (≥78%) for visible light and is resistant to PID (potential-induced degradation). Wherein, the softening temperature of the low melting point glass powder is 450-550°C, and the full melting temperature is 520-560°C, so that the water-based environmentally friendly white glaze is completely melted in a short time within the tempering temperature range of 600-720°C, and the low melting point glass powder The linear expansion coefficient of the glass is 80-85* 10-7 /K (30-300°C), which is similar to that of the base glass, so that the stress between the two is similar during the cooling process, ensuring the adhesion of the glaze layer and dimensional stability of glazed glass. Titanium dioxide is prepared by the chlorination method, with extremely low impurity content, and is coated with silicon oxide and aluminum oxide, which can block the lattice defects caused by titanium dioxide under ultraviolet irradiation conditions, cover the photoactivation points on its surface, and improve the resistance PID performance.
