The invention discloses an application of an antipsychotic drug brexpiprazole in preparing a drug for treating and/or preventing breast cancer, belonging to the technical field of medicines. Experiments prove that the ipiprazole can inhibit proliferation, migration and invasion of breast cancer cells when acting on the breast cancer cells (MCF7, MDA-MB-231 and 4T1), promote the breast cancer cells to be scorched by interfering the metabolic function of the breast cancer cells, and has a better effect on preventing breast cancer lesions. The invention provides an effective small molecule drug for treating breast cancer, has application prospect in the field of breast cancer drugs, and provides new thought and reference possibility for drug prevention of breast cancer. |
