abstract The invention relates to a detection method and a kit for rapidly detecting a quaternary ammonium oxime heavy activator in a biological sample, in particular to a method for detecting a quaternary ammonium oxime antitoxic, which comprises the following steps: 1) detecting the signal of the quaternary ammonium oxime antitoxic in the sample to be detected by using a surface enhanced Raman spectrometer; 2) and determining the type and/or content of the quaternary ammonium oxime antitoxic in the sample to be detected based on the signal obtained by detection. The detection method has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, high detection speed, high sensitivity and the like, and can be used for quickly detecting the neurotoxic agent poisoning quaternary ammonium salt oxime type curative drugs in biological samples.
