By designing raw materials and proportions, the present invention selects a specific flame retardant master batch to replace the general flame retardant powder, so that the compatibility with the hot melt adhesive formulation is better, and there is no problem of uneven dispersion of the flame retardant. The invention discloses a preparation method of a flame retardant hot melt adhesive. The tackifying resin and the flame retardant master batch are firstly mixed uniformly, and then thermoplastic elastomer and synthetic wax are added for mixing, which further improves the flame retardant master batch. The dispersion effect of the particles makes the hot melt adhesive meet the corresponding requirements while maintaining the original performance. |
