Fluorescent probes of methyl derivatives based on HBT and their preparation and application |
abstract |
The present invention provides a fluorescent probe 5-HBT and its preparation and application in fluorescence detection by researching the introduction of methyl groups at different positions on the benzene ring of the HBT molecule, thereby realizing rapid visual detection of residual sodium hypochlorite in water on site. Through the research of the present invention, it is proved that the position of a methyl group on the benzene ring can have a huge impact on some fluorescent molecules, mainly including the intensity of fluorescence and the stability of fluorescence. The most obvious one is that the fluorescence of 5-HBT greatly increases weakened, the obtained 5‑HBT probe can emit fluorescence in the solid state, which has great advantages in the production of paper-based fluorescence sensors, and the fluorescence effect is obvious, which can realize rapid visual detection of sodium hypochlorite solution on site. |
