The surface of the litchi-shaped nano-zinc oxide cluster adjuvant is uneven, which can effectively improve the adsorption capacity of the antigen; the zinc oxide nano-cluster is similar to the particles of viruses and bacteria, which can increase the recognition and phagocytosis of immune cells and improve the efficiency of antigen presentation.
