The preparation method mainly comprises the steps of defatting corn bran, removing starch, extracting with alcohol, dialyzing and the like by adopting an alkali extraction method to obtain the corn bran dietary fiber; and then, carrying out sulfation on the corn bran dietary fiber by adopting a sulfamic acid-N, N-Dimethylformamide (DMF) method, wherein the steps comprise esterification, running water dialysis, alcohol precipitation, freeze drying and the like, so as to obtain the sulfation corn bran dietary fiber with higher substitution degree and high antioxidant activity. The preparation method has the advantages of high utilization rate of raw materials, mild process, suitability for large-scale production and great development and application prospects. |
