The invention discloses soda water with seaweed active ingredients, which is prepared from seaweed enzyme powder and baking soda. Also discloses a production method of the soda water with the seaweed active ingredients, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a seaweed ferment powder supernatant; (2) preparing carbonated water; (3) preparing soda water containing seaweed active ingredients. A production apparatus is also disclosed.
