abstract |
The invention discloses sphingolipid bacteria with the function of promoting the growth of garden plants and the use thereof. The sphingolipid bacteria is Sphingobium jiangnanensis (Sphingobium jiangnanensis) 3R8, the registration number of which is CGMCC No. 21506 in the General Microbiology Center of the China Microorganism Culture Collection Management Committee. The unit IAA content of S. jiangnan 3R8 was 458.66 mg/L fermentation broth, and the ratio of phosphorus dissolution circle to colony diameter on the inorganic phosphorus plate was 1.34±0.14. Compared with the uninoculated negative control group, the germination rate of marigold seeds and the growth of rice seedlings can be significantly improved, and the germination rate of marigold seeds is increased by 2 times. This indicated that Sphingobium jiangnanensis (Sphingobium jiangnanensis) 3R8 could secrete the auxin IAA, and had the function of dissolving phosphorus, which could be used as microbial organic fertilizer to improve soil fertility. |
