abstract | The invention discloses toughened and modified PP plastic particles, which belong to the technical field of toughened plastic particle preparation, are used for solving the problems that the existing polypropylene plastic has the defects of poor toughness, low mechanical property and the like, and are greatly limited when used as a structural material, and comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of polypropylene, 5.7-8.8 parts of a toughening agent, 10.8-12.0 parts of a reinforcing agent, 4.2-6.6 parts of silica fume, 2.8-5.6 parts of a nucleating agent, 2.5-4.7 parts of a coupling agent and 3.8-4.9 parts of an antioxidant, wherein the toughening agent is prepared, has a plurality of ether bonds and good compatibility with resin, meanwhile, a benzene ring in the polymer is connected with an ester group, and the ester group is connected with odd carbon chains, so that the toughening agent has good tensile property, can improve the toughness of plastics, and finally obtains the polypropylene plastic particles with high toughness and good mechanical property. |
