The present application relates to non-caloric sweeteners and methods of synthesis. Steviol glycosides called Rebaudioside V and Rebaudioside W are disclosed. Also disclosed are methods of producing Rebaudioside M (RebM), Rebaudioside G (RebG), Rebaudioside KA (RebKA), Rebaudioside V (RebV), and Rebaudioside (RebW). The present disclosure generally relates to natural sweeteners. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to non-caloric sweeteners and methods of synthesizing the same. |
