abstract | The application discloses a preparation method of mordenite and the prepared mordenite with a high silica-alumina ratio, and relates to the technical field of zeolite materials. A method for preparing mordenite, comprising the following steps: S1 gel preparation: taking sodium hydroxide, adding water to prepare an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, stirring, adding silicon source and tetraethyl quaternary ammonium salt, stirring for no less than 120 min, adding Aluminum source, continue to stir for not less than 60min, add calcium hydroxide, continue to stir for 10-50min to obtain gel; S2 crystallization: heat the gel to 170-200 ℃ in a sealed state for crystallization for not less than 20hr, cool down , the crystallization product was recovered, and the mordenite with high silicon-alumina ratio was obtained. The preparation method of the high-silicon-aluminum ratio mordenite has the advantage of improving the crystallinity of the high-silicon-aluminum ratio mordenite. |
