abstract | The invention discloses a four-tower triple-effect distillation dehydration device and a method for preparing fuel ethanol by using industrial tail gas fermented mash, which comprises a thick mash tower, a clear mash tower B, a clear mash tower A and a rectifying tower which are connected in sequence; one side of the thick mash tower is connected with a thick mash steam preheater through a pipeline; one side of the clear mash tower B is connected with a clear liquid preheater through a pipeline; one side of the clear mash tower A is connected with a clear liquid preheater through a pipeline; the other sides of the thick mash tower, the clear mash tower B and the clear mash tower A are respectively connected with the middle parts of a feed preheater of the rectifying tower and the rectifying tower in sequence through pipelines; the top of the rectifying tower is connected with the molecular sieve through a pipeline; the molecular sieve is connected with a reboiler of the clear mash tower A through a pipeline; the reboiler of the clear mash tower A is connected with the finished product tank; the thick mash tower and the clear mash tower B are both negative pressure mash towers, and the clear mash tower A is a normal pressure mash tower. The invention combines the thick mash and the clear mash prepared by fermenting the industrial tail gas for preparing the fuel ethanol, thereby not only improving the distillation efficiency, but also realizing the steam supply of one tower and the four-tower operation. |
