abstract The invention provides an electrochemical sensor for detecting distribution of indoleacetic acid and salicylic acid in tomatoes, a preparation method and a detection method thereof, wherein the electrochemical sensor consists of a working electrode, a reference electrode and a counter electrode; the preparation method comprises the steps that the working electrode is an ITO conductive carbon paste working electrode, the reference electrode is an Ag wire or an AgCl wire, the counter electrode is a Pt wire, and the reference electrode and the counter electrode are arranged in a plastic clamp; the detection method comprises the following steps: thoroughly cleaning the working electrode with double distilled water, dripping 20.0 μ L IAA or SA standard solution on the filter paper for detection, taking part of tomato fruit on the surface of the electrode, covering the sample with circular filter paper, and dripping 20uLPBS on the filter paper to dilute the fruit sample to obtain the distribution of IAA and SA in immature and mature tomatoes. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the ITO glass is used for preparing the working electrode, so that the cost of preparing the working electrode from glassy carbon, platinum and silver is greatly reduced.
