titleOfInvention A kind of PBT composition resistant to cycle injection molding and its preparation method and article
abstract The invention discloses a PBT composition resistant to cyclic injection molding and a preparation method thereof. The PBT composition resistant to cycle injection of the present invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of PBT, 10-40 parts of glass fiber, 1-3 parts of epoxy resin, 0.1-0.3 parts of antioxidant, ethylene- 2-8 parts of butyl acrylate copolymer, and 0.5-2 parts of propane trimethanol triacrylate. The invention effectively prevents the breakage of the PBT molecular chain through the synergistic effect of propane trimethyl acrylate, ethylene-butyl acrylate copolymer and epoxy resin, thereby reducing the degradation degree of the PBT material in the multiple injection molding process, and further The retention rate of mechanical properties of the PBT composition after multiple injection molding is improved. The PBT composition of the invention has a mechanical property retention rate of ≥97% after secondary injection molding, and a mechanical property retention rate of ≥91% after three-time injection molding, and is suitable for multiple cycle injection molding.
