abstract |
The present invention is based on a natural chicken-derived phage library against progesterone scFv, a preparation method and application thereof, and aims to provide a method for screening progesterone by using a chicken-derived scFv natural phage display antibody library to obtain a single-chain antibody; Antigen (HT-OVA/HT-BSA) cross-coating, progesterone small molecule competitive elution strategy to obtain single-chain antibody with clear sequence; single-chain antibody with known sequence was transformed into prokaryotic cells by heat shock method for stable expression; The antibody has good stability, high expression level and high purity, which provides a fast and reliable preparation method for the acquisition and production of the antibody. A competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method was established for anti-progesterone single-chain antibody. |
