abstract | The invention discloses a ratio-type hydrogen polysulfide fluorescent probe and a preparation method and application thereof. The structural formula of the fluorescent probe is shown in formula (I). The fluorescent probe is reacted with 2-(3-cyano-4,5,5-trimethylfuran-2(5H)-methylene)malononitrile and a precursor compound to obtain a precursor with aggregation-induced luminescence properties body, and then attached to the electrophilic recognition group 2-fluoro-5-nitrobenzoate. The ratiometric hydrogen polysulfide fluorescent probe has the advantages of easy availability of synthetic raw materials, simple synthesis, high yield of target compounds, and ratiometric response, which avoids that traditional fluorescent probes are not suitable for detection at high concentrations and that single emission is easy to be detected during the detection process. Disadvantages of interference from external factors such as concentration, temperature, pH value and instruments, high fluorescence intensity, fast response, high resolution, and strong anti-interference ability, can be used for qualitative and quantitative detection of hydrogen polysulfide in cells and in vivo, with good application prospects. |
