The invention relates to a preparation method of a transparent self-cleaning coating for an optical sensor glass window, comprising the following steps: (1) dissolving an epoxy resin in a solvent of a certain polarity, mixing with a fluorine-containing polymer emulsion, and diluting with water , mixed to obtain a uniform mixed emulsion; (2) take the mixed emulsion and coat it on the substrate, dry and sinter to form a transparent self-cleaning coating attached to the substrate. Compared with the prior art, the present invention can ensure that the self-cleaning coating not only has good hydrophobicity and light transmission through the addition of epoxy resin, the selection of solvent, and the control of the dosage ratio of epoxy resin and fluorine-containing polymer emulsion. At the same time, the adhesion between the coating and the glass is greatly improved. |
