titleOfInvention | Preparation and application of lipophilic and hydrophobic highly active microbial loaded asphalt porous materials |
abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a porous material loaded with mixed microorganisms, comprising the following steps: S1, preparation of a porous material of hydrophilic and lipophilic asphalt; S2, preparation of a mixed bacteria suspension; S3, preparation of a porous material loaded with mixed microorganisms. The invention also provides a preparation method of the lipophilic, hydrophobic and highly active microorganism-loaded asphalt porous material, which is obtained by dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride in N,N-dimethylformamide, and soaking the loaded mixed microorganism porous material therein. The mixed microorganism-loaded porous material and the lipophilic-hydrophobic high-activity microorganism-loaded asphalt porous material of the present invention can effectively degrade medium and long-chain alkanes in petroleum, especially n-hexadecane. |
