The invention belongs to the technical field of methylation detection, and discloses an electrochemical sensor based on a DNA functionalized nano material and a construction method thereof. The application of the electrochemical sensor for detecting methylation based on the DNA functionalized nanometer material in the quantitative analysis of methylated DNA. The invention mainly utilizes DNA functionalized nano material and G-quadruplex/hemin mimic enzyme biological auxiliary signal amplification technology to construct a biosensor and is used for quantitative analysis of methylated DNA. The electrochemical sensor of the invention is used for quantitative analysis, has high sensitivity, fast signal response, high specificity and low cost, and is easy to popularize in clinical laboratories. |
