abstract | The invention provides a flame-retardant EVA film as well as its preparation method and application. The flame-retardant EVA film includes the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of EVA resin, 5-16 parts of nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant, 1-10 parts of carbon forming agent, 0.5-2 parts of auxiliary crosslinking agent, silane 0.2-1 part of coupling agent and 0.4-1.5 part of initiator. The flame-retardant EVA film is prepared by pre-dispersing a nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant and a carbon forming agent in a part of EVA resin, and then melt-extruding with the remaining components to form a film. The EVA adhesive film provided by the invention has the characteristics of transparency, low smoke, halogen-free and flame retardancy, its mechanical properties and light transmittance are equivalent to those of pure EVA resin, and it is suitable for encapsulation of photovoltaic modules. |
