The invention provides a flame-retardant EVA adhesive film and a preparation method and application thereof. The flame-retardant EVA adhesive film includes the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of EVA resin, 5-16 parts of nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant, 1-10 parts of carbon-forming agent, 0.5-2 parts of auxiliary crosslinking agent, silane 0.2-1 part of coupling agent and 0.4-1.5 part of initiator. The flame-retardant EVA film is prepared by pre-dispersing a nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant and a carbon-forming agent in a part of EVA resin, and then melting and extruding with the remaining components to form a film. The EVA film provided by the invention has the characteristics of transparency, low smoke, halogen-free and flame retardancy, and the mechanical properties and light transmittance are equivalent to those of pure EVA resin, and is suitable for encapsulation of photovoltaic modules. |
