titleOfInvention A kind of composite polyacrylamide gel and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of new materials, and discloses a composite polyacrylamide gel and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps: adding 0.005-0.05 g of methylenebisacrylamide to the acrylamide-sodium alginate solution prepared in 100 mL of S2, and continuously stirring and dissolving; then adding 1-4 mL of S1 polyacrylamide solution, and continuing to homogenize; Add 50-200 μL of ammonium persulfate solution, 0.01-0.5 g of calcium sulfate powder, 0.5-3 mL of glycerol, and 1-3 mL of propylene glycol to the acrylamide-sodium alginate solution, respectively, and stir well; then add the acrylamide-sodium alginate solution to the above solution. Add 4-15 μL of tetramethylethylenediamine, continue stirring for 0.5-5 minutes, pour into a glass splint, and place in a 4°C refrigerator for 8-20 hours to form a composite polyacrylamide gel. The composite polyacrylamide gel of the present invention has excellent tensile deformation ability, and the tensile deformation ability, softness and fatigue resistance of the gel prepared by the present invention are obviously better than those of the polyacrylamide gel prepared by the prior art. .
