abstract | The invention relates to an evodiamine prodrug containing an indoloquinone unit, a preparation method and application thereof. The present invention synthesizes a series of highly active evodiamine derivatives with indoloquinone units, which have strong anti-proliferative activity on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in a dose- and time-dependent manner . In vitro experiments evaluated their biological activity, which showed that the synthesized compounds had strong inhibitory activity against lung cancer strains. Through molecular docking analysis, the binding affinity between the ligand and the active site of the target protein is predicted, and the ability to interact with the protein is strong. |
