abstract | The invention discloses a tundish for rapid-setting casting belt of rare earth magnetic material and a pouring method. The tundish for rapid-setting casting belt of rare earth magnetic material comprises an upper-stage tundish, a lower-stage tundish and a filtering device. The upper-stage tundish is in the shape of a funnel. The bottom is provided with a straight liquid outlet gap; the lower tundish includes a liquid holding tank and a liquid blocking dam, and a forming gap is formed between the liquid blocking dam and the bottom plate of the liquid holding tank; the upper level tundish is provided with a filter device, and the upper part of the filter device is provided with a filter device. A plurality of filter holes, the pore size of the filter holes is larger than the width of the liquid outlet gap. When the melt is injected into the filter device in the upper tundish, when it flows out of the filter hole, the large scum is intercepted by the filter hole and stays in the filter device without affecting the liquid outlet gap and the forming gap, which can avoid the floating of large pieces. The slag blocks the flow channel of the melt to ensure product quality and reduce the possibility of accidents.
