The invention belongs to the field of mineral sorting, and in particular relates to a beneficiation method for vanadium titanomagnetite concentrate, comprising the following steps: step (1): mixing vanadium titanomagnetite concentrate I with an aqueous solution in which a dispersant is dissolved to prepare ore pulp; step (2): carry out wet ball milling treatment on the pulp, and control the fine ore particle size-15μm after ball milling to account for more than 95%; step (3): perform magnetic separation on the ground fine ore to separate iron-rich vanadium-titanium Magnetite concentrate II and titanium-rich titanium rough ore; the magnetic field strength in the magnetic separation process is 0.1-1.3T. In addition, the present invention also relates to a method for pretreatment-flotation of the obtained rough titanium ore. The present invention can achieve efficient separation of iron and titanium based on the grinding mechanism through the combined control of the grinding process and conditions. |
