The reaction device comprises N reaction tanks, a raw oil feeding pipeline, an alkali liquor feeding pipeline, an enzyme feeding pipeline, a soft water feeding pipeline and a methanol feeding pipeline which are connected in sequence; n is an integer greater than 0; the reaction tank comprises a tank body, a feed inlet and a discharge outlet which are arranged on the tank body; the external connection of the feed inlet of the first reaction tank has an external feeding main pipe, the internal connection of the feed inlet of the reaction tank has an internal feeding main pipe, the internal feeding main pipe is connected with a feeding distribution pipe, and a plurality of material injectors are connected through the feeding distribution pipe. The mixed material enters the tank body through an external feeding main pipe and is subjected to circular injection reaction through a material injector. The enzyme catalysis reaction device and the reaction method of the biodiesel can effectively realize the continuous reaction production of the biodiesel. Not only the conversion rate of raw oil is obviously increased and the energy consumption is obviously reduced, but also the reaction capacity of the device is large. |
