abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of separation and fermentation of golden pomfret special feed flora, in particular to a separation and proliferation method of golden pomfret special feed fermentation flora and a feed fermentation method thereof, and the golden pomfret feed fermentation method comprises the following steps: c1, placing the fermentation flora cultured in B1 into a container, adding a proper amount of water with the temperature of 20-25 ℃ to dissolve the fermentation flora, and fully and uniformly stirring the mixture to dissolve the fermentation flora into a fermentation solution; c2, fully mixing and stirring the fermentation liquor and the fermentation material, wherein the fermentation material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: wheat and rice straws: 10-20 parts; dry corn stalks: 15-25 parts; corn flour: 20-25 parts; wheat bran: 15-20 parts of a solvent; peanut bran: 5-8 parts; fish: 5-10 parts; sugar cane marrow: 5-10 parts; molasses: 2-3 parts of a solvent; trace elements: 1-2 parts; adding water, stirring, and uniformly stirring to obtain a fermented material; and C3, filling the obtained fermentation material into a sealed container, and sealing and fermenting for 1-2 days at the temperature of 25-37 ℃ and the pH value of 4.5-5.0. |
