titleOfInvention Fluorescent light-emitting device and preparation method thereof, display panel, and display device
abstract The invention provides a fluorescent light-emitting device and a preparation method thereof, a display panel and a display device, and relates to the technical field of display. The light-emitting layer of the fluorescent light-emitting device includes a first fluorescent light-emitting layer and a second fluorescent light-emitting layer arranged in layers, the first fluorescent light-emitting layer is disposed close to the electron blocking layer, the second fluorescent light-emitting layer is disposed close to the hole blocking layer, and the electron blocking layer is disposed close to the electron blocking layer. The layer, the first fluorescent light-emitting layer, and the second fluorescent light-emitting layer satisfy some energy level conditions. In the embodiment of the present invention, satisfying these energy level conditions can ensure that exciton recombination occurs in the first fluorescent light-emitting layer, and the TTF effect occurs in the second fluorescent light-emitting layer, and exciton recombination and TTF effect occur in different light-emitting layers. The utilization rate of triplet excitons is improved, and the luminous efficiency of fluorescent light-emitting devices is improved. In addition, the TTF effect occurs in the second fluorescent light-emitting layer far from the electron blocking layer, which slows down the deterioration of the electron blocking layer and prolongs the service life of the fluorescent light-emitting device.
