abstract The invention discloses a method for detecting methyl isocyanate in temozolomide, which comprises the following steps: preparing a reference substance solution, precisely measuring methyl isocyanate, placing the methyl isocyanate in a volumetric flask, diluting with acetonitrile to a constant volume to a scale, and preparing the reference substance solution; step two, preparing a test sample solution, precisely weighing the temozolomide raw material medicine, adding acetonitrile, shaking until the solid is dissolved, and preparing the test sample solution; measuring, namely precisely measuring a test solution and a reference solution, injecting a sample, performing separation analysis by using a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer, and recording a spectrogram; and step four, calculating, namely calculating the content of the methyl isocyanate in the test sample solution by using a peak area according to an external standard method. The method has the characteristics of simple process, low use cost, good precision, high accuracy and the like, and can quickly determine the content of methyl isocyanate in temozolomide.
