titleOfInvention Detection method for detecting stability of deuteron in metabolism
abstract The invention relates to a detection method for detecting the stability of a deuteron in metabolism, which comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing a deuterated substance and a non-deuterated substance with isotope isomer structures in proportion, and then incubating in a determination medium containing microsome to obtain an incubation sample; terminating the incubation reaction after a certain time, and adding a quenching agent into the incubation sample to obtain a quenched sample; diluting the sample to be detected by using a diluent; then, taking a certain amount of sample to be detected and directly injecting the sample into a mass spectrometer at a constant speed; mass spectrum data of the deuterium oxide and the mass spectrum data are collected through a mass spectrometer, the relative conversion rate is obtained by comparing the data of the mass spectrum data and the mass spectrum data, and the higher the loss rate is, the higher the metabolic stability of the deuterium oxide at the position in metabolism is. The invention is based on the specific mass spectrum transition of each molecule, and the metabolic stability of the deuteron in the metabolism can be simply and rapidly detected in vitro through the relative conversion rate between two analogues.
