The invention discloses a preparation method of a main and auxiliary phase nanocrystalline high-abundance rare earth permanent magnet material. The method aims to solve the technical problems in the current preparation process of the rare earth permanent magnet material. On the one hand, the application of rare earth elements is extremely unbalanced. , lanthanum, cerium and yttrium high-abundance rare earth elements cannot be effectively utilized, on the other hand, there is abnormal growth of crystal grains in the process of spark plasma sintering, which leads to the reduction of magnet performance. The general steps of the method are: (1) using the melt rapid quenching technology to prepare the main phase alloy and auxiliary phase alloy strips, and preparing the main phase alloy and auxiliary phase alloy powder by centrifugal ball milling; (2) preparing the main phase alloy magnetic powder and auxiliary phase alloy powder; The phase alloys are mixed and vacuum annealed; (3) the annealed powder is placed in a graphite mold, and the La‑Ce‑Y nanocrystalline permanent magnet is prepared by spark plasma sintering. The method of the invention not only realizes the preparation of La, Ce and Y permanent magnets with high cost performance, but also significantly improves the performance of the NdFeB permanent magnets. |
