abstract The invention provides a recovery method of aluminum potassium scandium gallium in alunite. The method includes a crushing step, a roasting step, a water leaching step, a scandium separation step, a precipitation aluminum iron step, an aluminum gallium leaching step, a gallium adsorption step and an aluminum recovery step, which are sequentially performed. The roasting step is to roast the crushed material after mixing the acid solution to obtain a roasting slag; wherein, the acid solution is an aqueous solution containing potassium hydrogen sulfate and sulfuric acid; in the scandium separation step, a functional group containing iminodiacetic acid or containing =P(O) is used. The resin with OH group functional group adsorbs scandium ions in the water leaching solution; in the gallium adsorption step, amidoxime chelating resin or aminocarboxylic acid chelating resin is used to adsorb gallium in the aluminum gallium leaching solution; The aluminum solution undergoes a hydrolysis reaction to obtain aluminum hydroxide. Through the above recovery method, the present invention effectively improves the recovery rate of aluminum potassium in the alunite, and simultaneously realizes the recovery of gallium and scandium. At the same time, the whole process has low energy consumption and is easy to operate.
