titleOfInvention | A kit and extraction method for extracting chicken blood genomic DNA by high-throughput rapid magnetic bead method |
abstract | The invention discloses a kit and an extraction method for extracting chicken blood genomic DNA by a high-throughput rapid magnetic bead method. A technical solution to be protected by the present invention is a composition for extracting DNA. The composition contains cell suspension, lysate, magnetic bead suspension and binding solution. The ratio of each solution in the composition can be 300-500 μL of cell suspension, 300-500 μL of lysis solution, 5-20 μL of magnetic bead suspension, and 600-800 μL of binding solution. Experiments show that compared with the existing magnetic bead separation and purification kits for genomic DNA, the yield of DNA extracted by this kit is significantly improved (p<0.01). This kit is equipped with a 96-well kit, which can complete 96 samples per operation. After testing, each person can operate 4-8 sets of 96-well plates at the same time, that is, each person can operate 400-800 samples at the same time. Efficiency is improved by leaps and bounds. |
