The recombinant microorganism can be used to produce transglutaminase. The present invention expresses the MTG derived from Streptomyces maoyuan under the T7 promoter, and inserts the ΔICM intein between the pro region and the mature region of the MTG to successfully realize the high-efficiency expression of MTG in Corynebacterium glutamicum, After the bacterial cells obtained by fermentation are broken by ultrasonic, the MTG with biological activity can be obtained without protease treatment or other changes of conditions. The invention can be used for preparing transglutaminase, and further applied to the fields of tissue engineering, textile and leather processing and the like, and has application and popularization value. |
