titleOfInvention Nano fluorescent probe, its preparation method and application
abstract The invention discloses a nano-fluorescent probe, a preparation method and application thereof. The nano-fluorescent probe is prepared by the following methods: 1 ) co-dissolving trisodium citrate, FeCl and ethylenediamine in ethylene glycol, Ultrasonic stirring until the solution is clear; 2) The mixed solution is transferred to a polytetrafluoroethylene-lined reaction kettle, and the reaction is carried out under heating conditions; 3) After the reaction is completed, cool to room temperature, centrifuge, and then remove ethylene glycol with a rotary evaporator 4) Dialyzing the solution with a dialysis bag, collecting the solution in the dialysis bag, and freeze-drying to obtain purified carbon quantum dots, which are the nano-fluorescent probes. The carbon quantum dots of the present invention have the characteristics of simple preparation method, good water solubility, good biocompatibility, no toxic and side effects, etc., and can realize large-scale production; the detection method of hemoglobin provided by the present invention is based on the fluorescence intensity of the carbon quantum dots. Changes in hemoglobin concentration can be effectively detected. The method has the advantages of simple operation, high accuracy and good selection.
