The invention discloses an active compound for inhibiting intestinal inflammatory response, the structure of which is shown in formula I. In the formula, the definition of each substituent is as described in the specification and claims. The compound of the present invention can promote intestinal mucosal repair and barrier homeostasis maintenance, thereby inhibiting excessively activated intestinal inflammatory response and immune response, and significantly reducing colonic inflammation in IBD mice, thereby being used for the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases. |
