abstract The invention discloses a conductive rolling bearing with a nickel-graphite conductive coating and a preparation method thereof. The rolling bearing comprises a bearing inner ring, a bearing outer ring, a rolling body and a retainer, wherein the rolling body is arranged between the bearing inner ring and the bearing outer ring through the retainer, and the surfaces of raceways of the bearing inner ring and the bearing outer ring are coated with a nickel-graphite conductive coating or the outer surface of the rolling body is coated with a nickel-graphite conductive coating. Compared with the traditional bearing, the conductive rolling bearing provided by the invention has the advantages of good conductivity, strong bearing capacity, high-temperature molten salt corrosion resistance, good lubricating performance and the like.
