The cells after primary culture are cultured by adopting a culture bottle coated by hydroxypropyl cellulose and poloxamer 188, and a culture medium containing paeonol, zinc metallothionein and rapamycin is supplemented in time in the culture process, so that the secretion of cell factors by the mesenchymal stem cells is remarkably promoted, and the collection and application of the mesenchymal stem cell factors are facilitated. |
