abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic glass, and discloses an environment-friendly water-based varnish for photovoltaic glass glaze. The environmentally friendly water-based varnish for photovoltaic glass glaze is composed of alcohol ether solvent, polymer resin, rheological anti-settling agent and dispersant. The polymer resin contained is a special organic silicon monomer modified water-soluble acrylic resin. The environmentally friendly water-based varnish for photovoltaic glass glaze has very low odor, is green and environmentally friendly, and has good storage stability in the temperature range of 5 to 30 °C. It has good suspending property for glass powder and titanium dioxide, and the prepared water-based glaze for photovoltaic back panel glass can be stored in high temperature or low temperature environment for a long time. Good screen printing, no blocking, no sawtooth, burr and other screen printing problems. After thermal curing (180~220℃), the glaze surface has excellent fullness and high adhesion with photovoltaic glass. After high temperature tempering (680~720℃), the organic components are easy to remove. At the same time, it has water washability, which reduces the comprehensive cost of preparing the glass glaze layer of the photovoltaic backplane. |
