After purification, the polypeptide sulfhydryl is coupled to the carrier protein KLH to form a C5aR-KLH conjugate as a polypeptide antigen, and the concentrated grass carp C5aR protein synthetic peptide polyclonal obtained by immunizing experimental Japanese white rabbits for many times Antibody. The method can obtain concentrated grass carp C5aR polyclonal antibody that meets the needs of subsequent experiments, can be used for the detection of grass carp C5aR protein expression, and lays an important material basis for the study of C5aR protein function and mechanism.
