titleOfInvention | A one-pot method for preparing 5-hydroxymethylfurfural from carbohydrates catalyzed by lithium bromide molten salt hydrate-acetone system |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing 5-hydroxymethyl furfural by a one-pot method of carbohydrate-catalyzed lithium bromide molten salt hydrate-acetone system. The method comprises the following steps: mixing carbohydrates, lithium bromide molten salt hydrate and acetone to carry out a hydrothermal reaction, and after sufficient reaction, a reaction solution of reducing sugar and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in high yield can be obtained. Phosphoric acid or aluminum chloride is also added during the reaction. In the present invention, the two-phase system constructed by lithium bromide molten salt hydrate and acetone can efficiently catalyze the conversion of cellulose by one-pot method, and obtain high-yield 5-hydroxymethylfurfural under the catalysis of aluminum chloride. Moreover, the invention has the advantages of simple process, low cost, fast conversion speed and high selective conversion. |
