abstract | The present invention relates to N-protected (E)-2-(aminomethyl)-1,3-diphenylprop-2-ene-1-ketone derivatives and preparations, which have the structure shown in the following formula: Wherein: Ar 1 is phenyl, substituted phenyl, pyridyl, naphthyl or thienyl, R is sulfonyl or acyl, and Ar is phenyl, substituted phenyl, naphthyl or thienyl; the preparation method uses aryl Substituted propargyl alcohols, N-protected amines and aromatic aldehydes are used as raw materials to realize one-pot synthesis in a solvent and in the presence of an acid catalyst.
