abstract | The invention discloses a method for storing monkshood by utilizing high-energy electron beam irradiation, which comprises the following steps: cleaning radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii with water, removing whisker and mud, slicing, and oven drying until water content is less than 15% to obtain radix Aconiti lateralis; parching with strong fire, adding sliced radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, and parching until the water content is lower than 10% to obtain parched radix Aconiti lateralis; and (3) sealing and packaging the dried monkshood respectively by using packaging bags, and then irradiating the packaged monkshood by using a high-energy electron accelerator of 10Mev/20 kW. The method has simple and efficient treatment process, can effectively prolong the storage period of the monkshood, enables the texture and the medicinal quality of the monkshood to be more stable, has little influence on the physical properties of the monkshood, and prolongs the storage time of the monkshood. |
