titleOfInvention Endotoxin detection device and endotoxin detection method
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a device and a method for detecting endotoxin that can be easily detected in a short time without using an expensive reagent. The endotoxin detection device of the present invention is characterized in that it includes: a region portion containing an electrolyte; a dividing member that divides the region portion into two sub-regions, and connects the two sub-regions with nanopores; a first an electrode, which is arranged in the first section; a second electrode, which is arranged in the second section and is electrically connected to the first electrode; and an electrolyte flow generating part, which makes the electrolyte of the first section escape from the first section. The nanopore passes through and moves to the second subsection; an applying part applies a voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a monitoring part monitors the current.
