The invention discloses an LED display device and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the LED display device comprises a driving back plate, a shading layer, an antireflection layer and a plurality of micro LED chips; each micro LED chip is welded on the front surface of the driving back plate; the shading layer is attached to the front surface of the driving back plate and completely covers the side surfaces of the micro LED chips; the antireflection layer completely covers the front surface of the shading layer and the front surfaces of the micro LED chips. The LED display device has the advantage of good display effect. |
