abstract | The invention relates to a vinpocetine nasal nano-emulsion, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the vinpocetine nasal nano-emulsion comprises vinpocetine, an oil phase, an emulsifier and an antioxidant, and contains or does not contain borneol and/or a co-emulsifier according to requirements, and the preferred range of the mass percentage of each component is as follows: 0.1-0.7% of vinpocetine, 0-1.4% of borneol, 1-9% of oil phase, 6-24% of emulsifier, 0-18% of co-emulsifier and 0.025-0.2% of antioxidant. The vinpocetine nasal nanoemulsion prepared by the emulsification method has small and uniform particle size and round and neat appearance. The nasal nano-milk can be used for treating Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia and other senile dementia and can improve and recover memory. The nasal nano-emulsion has the following advantages: the water solubility of the vinpocetine is improved, the bioavailability and the intracerebral distribution amount of the vinpocetine in blood are improved, the concentration of the vinpocetine in a focus position in the brain is increased, and the disease treatment effect and the medication safety are obviously improved. |
