abstract |
In order to elucidate the malignant mechanism of BACH1 in pancreatic cancer, RNA-seq method was used to reveal changes in gene expression caused by the expression level of BACH1 in pancreatic cancer cell lines. Furthermore, in vitro migration ability, infiltration ability, and in vivo orthotopic transplantation experiments were performed, and the results showed that BACH1 can be used alone or in combination with its downstream regulator FOXA1 as an interepithelial epithelial cell in pancreatic cancer. Excellent biomarker for qualitative transformation. |
