abstract |
The invention relates to the technical field of genetic engineering, and in particular provides a Pichia mutant strain with high production of cyclodextrin glucosyltransferase and an application thereof. The applicant obtained a mutant strain of Pichia pastoris CGT-2 by means of ultraviolet mutagenesis, and the deposit number is CGMCC No.19484. The mutant strain can greatly increase the yield of cyclodextrin glucosyltransferase. After 160 hours in the 10L tank, the cyclodextrin glucosyltransferase enzyme activity in the fermentation supernatant is as high as 60.4U/ml, which is 91.7% higher than that of the original strain. Unexpected technical results were achieved. |
